Day One:

  • Arrive and unwind during our welcome reception from 7-10 p.m.
Day Two:
8 June 2024
  • 7-8 a.m. Embrace the day with Sunrise Movement & Meditation with Ros.
  • 9-10:30 a.m. Indulge in a nourishing breakfast.
  • 12:00-1:30 p.m. Dive into a transformative session with Kimberly.
  • 1:30-3:00 p.m. Recharge with a delicious lunch.
  • 4:00-5:30 p.m. Empower yourself in a session with Karen.
  • 5:30-7:00 p.m. Enjoy a delectable dinner followed by free time.
Day Three:
9 June 2024
  • 7-8 a.m. Connect with nature during Sunrise Movement & Meditation with Ros.
  • 9-10:30 a.m. Begin your day with a hearty breakfast.
  • 12:00-1:30 p.m. Engage in a session with Kimberly.
  • 1:30-3:00 p.m. Replenish with a delightful lunch.
  • 4:00-5:30 p.m. Let your creativity flow in an art session with Karen.
  • 5:30-7:00 p.m. Share stories and laughter over dinner.
  • 8:00 p.m. Gather around the bonfire for a farewell to remember.

Karen McKoy, an award-winning international speaker and author, shares wisdom on resilience and finding joy amid adversity. Despite the tragic loss of two children and a granddaughter, she inspires mothers to renew joy through her counseling and writings.

With formal degrees in Business Management and Religious Studies, Karen empowers women to discover purpose after loss, emphasizing the possibility of joy even in the midst of heartbreak. Residing in Clayton, Alabama, with her husband and four Rottweilers, Karen's passion lies in guiding mothers through grief towards a life aligned with higher purpose.
 Rosaline Law 
  

Rosaline D. Law is a seasoned health professional with extensive experience in respiratory therapy, health coaching, herbalism, and fitness instruction. As the author of "The Spice Queen’s Kitchen” Recipe Book, she's well-versed in over 100 dietary theories.

Rosaline's expertise has been showcased on platforms like the "Camp Fit" reality show and radio segments. She offers personalized guidance for sustainable lifestyle changes emphasizing nutrition, herbs, and exercise.

 Dr. Kimberly Annette Hardy, a devout believer, is a Christian educator, author, and advocate for faith-based mental health. With two decades of experience in education, she's committed to fighting for educational justice and community transformation.

Kimberly serves as an adjunct professor at Antioch University and within the Jackson Public Schools system. Additionally, she administers Jesus Sprinkle, a virtual community for single Christian women. Kimberly is known for her roles as coordinating author for Jesus Sprinkle's Joyfully Courageous and project coordinator for the Tamar Stories Sisterhood.

Through her company, Joy & Full Glory, LLC, she conducts journaling, coloring book, and book-writing workshops, empowering women to heal and find purpose in their stories.

Kimberly's passion lies in empowering women to share their stories, amplify their influence, and enrich their communities.
